STAFFING

A fully funded program will fund more coaches who can concentrate on the top 40 swimmers in the program.  The recommended structure, which will be adapted as the funding grows, will have the Head Coach and two associate coaches running the top 40 swimmers in the program, with two assistant coaches to cover the gifted swimmer program, as well as the needs of the second tier of the Varsity program and the Senior program.
